Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It will also need to be returned in the original packaging and include any items packed in. (packing slips etc.)
To complete your return, Please contact us first for a return authorization. Use the toll free number at the top of the page or email us at email@example.com
Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization. This is for your protection. We process tons of items daily and we do not want a return to get lost. It will delay any refund/reprint. We will not accept responsibility for items returned without a return authorization number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) This is especially true if any item has obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition & packaging, or that has been damaged or is missing pieces of the order (for reasons not due to an error on our part, of course).
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a return. Please contact us promptly if you have any issues.
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you at that same time about your refund or reprinting request.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund and you expected it by now, please first check your bank (for credit cards) or PayPal again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (or processed, as they call it) Next contact your bank or PayPal directly and explain you are waiting for a refund. There is often a several day processing time before a refund is posted but they can usually see it is in process of happening.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items (including coupon items) are not eligible for refunds.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not happen often but If you need to exchange it, send us an email at email@example.com immediately so we can get busy making it right. A photo of the defect/issue/aliens eating it is hugely helpful.
To return your product, as mentioned above, you must call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, will vary. Once reprinted, items normally reach you within 3-5 business days.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that the shippers will get your returned items to us. We don’t control shipping and at times, we really wish we could!
